Aqua Blue in Roswell is hosting a festive Blue Year’s Eve celebration. A special three-course prix fixe menu is available for $49 per person in addition to the full a la carte menu. Diners can enjoy menu items like the Maine lobster bisque, five spice New York strip and crispy shrimp and house-made warm chocolate cake. ASO New Year’s Eve

Ring in the New Year with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Pops conductor Michael Krajewski and the Tony DeSare Trio. The symphony will evoke a bygone era with classics ranging from Rodgers and Hammerstein and Cole Porter to a few more moderns in the mix, like Prince. Tickets $30-$70,

Cucina Asellina

Pop the bubbly and say hello to 2013 at Midtown’s favorite Italian kitchen, Cucina Asellina, this New Year’s Eve. Empire State South

Hugh Acheson and Chef Ryan Smith will create a special, 4-course New Year’s Eve tasting menu with two seatings at 6PM and 8:30PM. The cost is $75 per person with optional wine or non-alcoholic beverage pairings. Then from 11PM to 2AM Empire State South will host a big party to ring in the New Year. Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse

Fleming’s is ringing in the New Year with a weekend-long celebration. From Fri., December 28 to Tues., January 1 starting at 4 p.m., guests can indulge in festive holiday cocktails or featured bubbly and then dine from the New Year’s menu or a la carte menu. The special New Year’s menu starts with poached gulf shrimp over Southern-style goat cheese grits, included with entrée price. Entrées include Delmonico steak with blue crab and Gruyére glassage; filet mignon and lobster brioche bread pudding;  and lobster tail with mac and cheese. Chocolate budino finishes the meal. JCT. is serving a Southern dinner this New Year’s Eve. For $65 per person, the restaurant is offering a taste plus a three-course meal from 5-11PM. Diners will begin with the featured taste of aged goat cheese with country ham and garlic herb toast. Nikolai’s Roof
