Winner, Winner Chicken Dinner

Hugh Acheson resurrects Sunday Supper on Sept. 11

Chef Hugh Acheson and chef Ryan Smith of Empire State South play host to Plowpoint Farm and Darby Farms for a local, family-style chicken dinner this Sunday, Sept. 11 at 6:30 PM. Read the mouthwatering 6-course menu below and don’t miss newly-installed pastry chef Cynthia Wong’s romantic Roasted Peach Ile Flottante dessert! Sure it’s the 10-year anniversary of 9/11, but what better way to celebrate American values than an old-fashioned, communal meal celebrating local farmers?
