“An Afternoon in the Country” with Atlanta’s top chefs honors Les Dames d’Escoffier

Steve and Marie Nygren, the founders of Serenbe community, played host to dozens of Atlanta’s top chefs under festive big-top tents for a fall food fest.

The idyllic, agrarian community of Serenbe just 30 minutes outside of Atlanta

The Scene Makers

The sold-out event featured over 100 top toques, food and drink purveyors and local restaurants including Bocado, Canoe, Empire State South, High Road Craft Ice Cream, JCT Kitchen,  Livingstons, Local Three, Miller Union, Park 75, Rathbun’s, Restaurant Eugene, Serpas, Sweetwater Brewery, and Woodfire Grill.

The Cause

An Afternoon in the Country benefitted the Atlanta chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier, which supports women in hospitality professions through educational and charitable activities.
