Hollywood caterer, restaurateur and cookbook author of “My Beverly Hills Kitchen,” Alex Hitz, is celebrated with a gala dinner at Atlanta History Center.

The Party Details

Hundreds of guests enjoyed a presentation by Alex Hitz, an epicurean dinner prepared by Soiree and inspired by his cookbook My Beverly Hills Kitchen, and post-dinner dancing. Each guest took home a copy of Hitz’s book. It was a homecoming of sorts for Hitz who used to work as a chef and caterer in Atlanta.
