The Venue

The Karatassos may have been this year’s honorees, but the restaurant dynasty family also generously offered to host and cater the event at their private events space 103 West (soon to be transformed into luxe eatery Pano’s under talented Kyma chef Pano I.)

The Highlights

The black tie ball featured cocktails, a silent auction, a special gourmet dinner selected by Pano Karatassos, a live auction, a lavish dessert buffet and dancing to the popular party band Yacht Rock. The Karatassos Family was honored for their countless contributions to the community’s food and wine scene via their company Buckhead Life Restaurant Group. The BLRG restaurant dynasty includes many of Atlanta’s best-loved restaurants including Chops, Bistro Niko, Kyma, Buckhead Diner, Pricci and Ven Vidi Vici.

The Cause

Proceeds from the ball went to the Buchead Rotary Foundation to fund programs that the club supports in metro Atlanta and around the world
