Among the connoisseur crowd: Atlanta artist Radcliffe Bailey and his actress/wife Victoria Rowell, international street artist KAWS (who will show at the High this Nov. and Feb. 2012), John Wieland, Michael Portman, Ginny Brewer, Jada and Tom Loveless, Charlene Crusoe Ingram, David York, Holli and Ian Easton, Steve and Marie Nygren, Darrel Mays, Johanna Ellis, Alex and Joanne Gross.
The Highlights
After a cocktail reception on the Sifly Piazza, black-tie guests gathered in the Wieland Pavilion—transformed for the night into an ethereal all-white décor by Tony Brewer and Company-- for a seated gourmet dinner. Jazz vocalist Francine Reed provided musical stylings and after dinner, guests enjoyed an exclusive preview of the Picasso to Warhol exhibit and dancing under the stars to the tunes of DJ De La Soul. Among the 14 contemporary artists on exhibit: Warhol, Matisse, Brancusi, Picasso and Pollock.
