The Highlights

Approximately 60 guests were introduced to the limited-edition, sipping tequila Casa Dragones via this private tasting party. The super refined and smooth libation (with hints of vanilla, floral, spice and pear) was served straight-up in champagne glasses and accompanied by elegant food pairings such as foie gras torchon with honey gelée  prepared by chef Quatrano. Gonzalez Nieves and former MTV co-founder Bob Pittman introduced the small-batch, luxury libation to the U.S. in 2009. With its powerful blend of blanco and anejo, it would be a sin to dilute this refined sip with any mixers. We hear Chef Eric Ripert and Oprah are already fans of this top-notch tequila.

Atlantans can purchase Casa Dragones for approximately $275 at any local Tower Beer, Wine & Spirits store and it is also served by the glass at Holeman & Finch. We love Casa Dragones' Tiffany-blue presentation box!
