Pretty in Pink Place Setting

This brand new, shell-pink and gold arabesque china setting by Versace for Rosenthal  called Les Reves Byzaqntins would look fetching in your petite maison. We picture it with a plate of petit-fours! Snag this ultra-femme place setting at OwenLawrence boutique in Westside, price upon request.  1200 A Howell Mill Road, 404.869.7360 or

Pearls for Your Home

We fell for this mother-of-pearl faceted lamp and its iridescent sheen. A crystal base adds to the jewel-box feel of this lamp—perfect for beach house or boudoir.  $289 at Redefined Home Boutique in Westside, 887 Howell Mill Road, 404.815.7250 or

Color Therapy

Premiere outdoor furniture showroom Kolo Collection, located in Westside, has recently taken on the auspices of an art gallery as well, with an explosion of pastel canvases adorning their walls. The series of large-scale, abstract paintings featured are by up-and-coming Savannah artist Sally Benedict. Whether you gravitate towards pink and peaches, sunny yellows, grass greens or moody purples, you will find your color fix with these sorbet-hued canvasses. Prices vary but fall in $3,000-4,000 range.  1189 Howell Mill Road, 404.355.1717 or

Speaking of the beach, these impeccably detailed glass jellyfishes encased within a glass dome, look so much like the real thing that you will do a head-turn. Translucent and transfixing, put this life aquatic on your tabletop as an instant conversation piece. The Brookhaven boutique The Mercantile stocks them in clear glass and silver-gray variations, $46 each. Note: the jellyfish pictured above may appear red because of the red glass behind it, but it is actually clear. 1430 Dreseden Drive, 404.816.0060 or

Lissoni Looking Glass

Glass gets an equally astonishing treatment by famed Italian designer Piero Lissoni. Baroque-meets-modern when an individually crafted, swirling glass frame, which is exaggerated in its ornamentation, is paired with a super-sized, super-sleek, hard edged mirror. See the Sturm and Drang Mirror for yourself at Switch Modern showroom in Westside. Their large-scale version is priced at $13,395 with the option of adding a light behind the looking glass. 1193 Howell Mill Road, 404.605.0196 or

Sexy Skin

Snakeskin gets a luxe touch with this ravishing velvet pillow in a silver and white snakeskin pattern. Equal parts savage and refined, this textural accent piece with great sheen will elevate your space from sedate to seductive.  $275  each at Bungalow Classic boutique in Westside, 1197 Howell Mill Road, 404.351.9120 or

Star Wattage for Your Wall

There’s also a painting of Rhett Butler for Windies (aka Gone With The Wind fans). Snag your celeb at Savvy Snoot.  1187 Howell Mill Road, 404.355.1399 or or see more work from the artist at
